One hundred years ago, Dr Otto Warburg figured out that all cancer cells grow without using oxygen! Instead of oxygen, Warburg found that cancer cells use glucose to grow and duplicate uncontrollably. Warburg’s discovery was largely ignored for almost a hundred years.

In early 2000, Dr Thomas N. Seyfried, the well-known Boston College biologist, discovered Dr. Warburg’s historic work. Dr Seyfried went on to find that all cancer cells need both glucose and the amino acid, glutamine to fuel their devastating tumors. This discovery helped biologists understand that cancer is NOT A HAPHAZARD GENETIC DISEASE. This discovery illustrated that cancer is a life-style based or METABOLIC disease. And so we give thanks to Dr Seyfried, as the world now finally understands how to effectively and INEXPENSIVELY manage (and often prevent) all types of cancer!!!

In the following podcast of June 30, 2025 with Financial Sense Newshour’s Jim Puplava, Dr. Seyfried describes these historic discoveries. He then explains that to block cancer cells’ growth you must first use a glucose-free diet (ketogenic diet) and then you use VERY SMALL amounts of one or more repurposed anti-parasitic drugs such as: Mebendazole; Fenbendazole and Ivermectin.

As my decades of research on this subject have shown… mammograms are the critical feeding mechanism for today’s highly profitable and unnecessary breast cancer epidemic. Why?

The vast majority of women who are told.. “Your mammogram says that you have breast cancer” … do not have breast cancer … or do not have a tumor that is actively growing. ; a tumor that may never grow beyond the size of a small pea; a tumor that diet, ending progestin contraceptives, progestin HRT and/or lower stress may make disappear. This is the time that a conscientious oncologist will say… “Let’s just watch and wait while you work on lowering the inflammation in your body.”

Stage zero breast cancer = NO breast cancer; just atypical cells that are caused by inflammation. These atypical cells can disappear as you lower the inflammation in your body.

Stage 1 breast cancer = a breast tumor, the size of a small pea. This tumor may have been in existence for many years… and will probably not grow much at all… or can disappear as you lower the inflammation in your body.

Most women who have developed larger tumors… Stage 2 or 3 tumors, find the lump themselves; not with a mammogram!

The radiation from mammograms also increases inflammation within the breast, while the smashing of the metal plates around the breast tissue can harm any existing tumor.

Meanwhile… the breast cancer industry wants women who are diagnosed with stage zero or stage 1 to begin extensive and highly inflammatory treatments… beginning with sticking the breast with a needle to determine what KIND of cells are in the breast. [a $7,000 procedure]

This is called a biopsy; biopsies by themselves can create stage IV (metastatic breast cancer), if a cancer cell is released into the breast when the biopsy needle is extracted. This is called the Seed and Soil theory of metastatic cancer. Once that cancer cell fuses to a powerful immune cell, called a macrophage, that macrophage can travel all over the woman’s body… usually to the bone, lung or brain.

Women who want to understand the health of their breast tissue… and do not want to put themselves in the hands of today’s crisis-oriented breast cancer industry, would do well to have an annual thermogram. Thermography can show you if one or both breasts are inflamed.. and can let you monitor your ability to lower those levels of inflammation over a matter of months or years.

Women who find a palpable lump, using breast self-exams, or clinical breast exams, can request to have an ultrasound. An ultrasound can tell you if the lump is a water-filled cyst or a tumor. If your doctor will not order a breast ultrasound, until you first have a mammogram… find another doctor or find a concierge ultrasound clinic. You will self pay; cost about $200; but you will avoid having a mammogram.

One of the best ways to lower inflammation in the breasts is to lose all excess body fat, stop using progestin contraceptives or progestin HRT, and balance your estrogen to progesterone hormone levels. State Cancer Board data shows that premenopausal breast cancer has been on the rise since at least the 1980s. But state data is never shown to public. Instead, the American Cancer Society, the nation’s richest non-profit, funded by Big Pharma and the radiology industry, publishes non-verifiable national cancer data each year that has ignored this upward trend in premenopausal breast cancer until now. WHY?

Here is WHY! All birth control drugs, implants, shots and most IUDs sold in the US contain progestin. Progestin is a chemical form of the natural hormone progesterone. Every woman needs to have equal amounts of progesterone and estrogen to protect against breast cancer.

The chemical progestin, however, can create and accelerate premenopausal breast cancer. This fact had long been suspected. But it was only when Drs Laurie Glimcher and Josef Penninger, along with ten other blue-ribbon researchers, published their shocking findings in October of 2010, that we understood HOW progestin does it dirty deed to younger women.

But wait… this study, published in the respected science journal, Nature, is now almost fifteen years old! Yet the results of this study have never been reported on by mainstream media. In fact, most cancer researchers and most OB/GYNs, along with Planned Parenthood and other family planning groups remain unaware of this critical study.

How could this be? The answer, sadly, is too easy. Every since 1999, when then Presiden

and The dollar value of the US-based progestin market has been rapidly expanding, ever since birth control drugs were first introduced to US women in the 1960’s. Today Big Pharma received about half of their ______ revenues from the US progestin birth control market. Yet, US women comprise less than 5% of the world’s premenopausal women.

Research published in Nature, a highly respected science journal, describes how the chemical progestin, used in all contraceptive drugs and in most IUDs in the US today, can can create those first breast cancer cells and can accellerate the growth of any existing cancerous cells. And US women, representing only 4% of the world’s female population, nevertheless purchase more than half of all progestin contraceptives sold worldwide. Sadly… this study, published in October of 2010 has never been shown to the public, nor to most physicians. Why?

US premenopausal women comprise about 4.3% of the world’s childbearing population. Contraceptive drugs and progestin-laced IUDs are big business; especially in the US where women purchase almost half of all such progestin-based contraceptives produced each year.

According to Future Markets Insights, Inc and other such groups, the world-wide contraceptive drug market (pills, shots, implants and progestin-based IUDS ) was valued at USD 19.79 billion in 2024, and is expected to grow much larger, registering a CAGR (compound annual growth rate) of 5.5% from 2024 to 2034.

Once this 2010 study is publicized, we can expect at least half of those women now using progestin-based contraceptives to switch off; choosing hormone-free contraceptive options. This assumption is based on US history from 2002. This was the year that the National Institutes of Health’s $700 million Women’s Heath Initiative found that older women using the progestin based HRT (hromone replacement therapy) drug Prempro, experienced a 23% increase in palpable breast tumors within three years of using this drug, compared to their peers who were using a placebo instead..

Also… do not forget! Breast cancer is also big business; especially metastatic breast cancer. Big Pharma gets about half of their breast cancer drug revenues from today’s metastatic breast cancer drugs; drugs that extend one’s life for short periods of time, but have no ability to stop the deadly spread of those metastatic cells.

In 2020 US women, who comprise about 4% of the world’s women, and their insurance companies, spent $1.6 billion on metastatic breast cancer drugs. By the end of 2024, the US metastatic breast cancer market had grown to $3.2 billion.

Once this 2010 Nature study is publicized nation-wide, millions of women can be expected to switch off of their birth control drugs and progestin-laced IUDs. This means that At this point Big Pharma can expect to see their current revenues

In October of 2010 a group of blue-ribbon biology researchers published the results of their ten year research project on how progestin, a chemical hormone in contraceptives and in “combination HRT” drugs, directly increases breast cancer rates. Their paper was published in the highly respected academic journal Nature. It finally tells us why so many premenopausal women are now developing breast cancer! It also explains why so many peri and post menopausal women who take combination HRT drugs develop breast cancer.

According to the 2010 study, the progestin used in progestin-laced IUDs and all birth control drugs, along with the progestin in combination HRT drugs, used by many peri and post menopausal women, floods the breast cells’ mitochondria with a protein that apparently suffocates the cells’ mitochondria.

As we know from Dr Thomas Seyfried’ s landmark work and 2012 book, Cancer as a Metabolic Disease: On the Origin, Management and Prevention of Cancer, once a cell’s mitochondria (tiny power batteries) are suffocated, they signal to the cell’s nucleus to turn on that oncogene which makes the cell begin to duplicate endlessly. Now we can have the beginning formation of a cancerous tumor. Now we can understand exactly how and why progestin causes and accelerates breast cancer in both younger and older women who use any type of progestin-based drugs or progestin-laced IUDs.

Two of the 2010 study’s authors are Dr Josef Penninger, currently scientific director of the Helmholtz Centre for Infection in Helmholtz Germany and Dr Laurie Glimcher, recently President and CEO of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston and a recent board member of Bristol-Myers Squibb Pharmaceutical Corporation. Neither person has ever made their 2010 life-saving research finding public knowledge. Instead, their research is being used as the scientific rationale to sell Dr Penninger’s earlier drug, Denosumab, to breast cancer patients to “improve survival and quality of life.”

It seems clear that publicizing this “progestin causes breast cancer” study, showing how progestin creates and accelerate breast cancer, could destroy today’s multi billion dollar progestin contraceptive and HRT markets. But making this 2010 study public knowledge would finally begin to save millions of younger and older women’s lives!

Let us hope that our new HEW secretary, Robert Kennedy Jr. and his recently approved FDA director, Dr. Marty Makary, will make sure that Drs Glimcher’s and Penninger’s 2010 study is finally publicized far and wide as soon as possible.

Using pre-clinical research (mice and rat models,) the biologists have now found, without a doubt, that the amino acid, glutamine, along with glucose, are the two fermentable fuels that power up every type of cancer cell in the human body.

Nobel Laurate, Dr Otto Warburg, discovered in the 1930’s, that cancer cells are not fueled by oxygen. Instead, all cancer cells use glucose to fuel their ongoing duplication, creating tumor growth. Metabolic cancer practitioners and researchers find, however, that most cancer cells will continue to grow, even if cancer patients stops eating glucose. So what was the missing link that evaded Dr Warburg? Today…. almost a hundred years later, Drs Seyfried and Chinopoulos have confirmed that cancer cells are also fermenting glutamine, creating energy that enables them to grow.

Unlike cancer cells, however, our healthy cells need to process or respire oxygen in order to live. Take away our oxygen for a short period of time and we die. Not being able to utilize oxygen means that cancer cells do not breathe or respire. Instead they are FERMENTING! Yes… fermenting, just like that compost heap in your back yard.. turning garbage or sugar into soil. When you feed that heap more garbage… the fermenting bacteria deep inside the heap continue to transform your banana peels into beautiful black earth.. in the absence of oxygen. Parasites, it was recently found, are the only animal that don’t breathe oxygen; instead, they too ferment!

Now, Drs Seyfried and Chinopoulos have verified that cancer cells also ferment/feed off of glutamine to create energy they need to duplicate themselves endlessley, creating larger and larger tumors. For several years now, metabolic practitioners have been able to help cancer patients manage their disease by using fasting, a ketogenic diet, exogenous ketones and hyperbaric oxygen to block glucose from feeding their tumors. More recently, these same practitioners have begun using a variety of anti-parasitic re-purposed drugs to block any glutamine feeding their patients’ fermenting tumors. Yes! Now thanks to Drs. Seyfried’s and Chinopoulos’ recent findings we can say that effective non-toxic cancer management has finally arrived!!

The following interview with Dr Seyfried was made last month, just a few weeks after the Seyfried/Chinopoulos study was published in the academic journal, ASN Neuro.

As Dr Seyfried says in the following video. This new knowledge means, “we now know how to kill the beast without toxicity.”

But guess what?! This “historical/unprecedented” rise in pre-menopausal breast cancer has been going on since the early 1980’s.

In Massachusetts the state cancer board tells us that women under 50 years old struggled with a 2.34% average annual increase in invasive breast tumors, going from 55 tumors per 100,00 younger women in 1985 to 83 tumors per 100,000 younger women in 2008. Meanwhile, according to the Colorado state cancer board, younger women in their state faced about a 1% annual increase up from 60 primary tumors per 100,000 women in 1985, reaching 70 primary tumors per 100,000 in 2008. So it is not at all surprising that the number of pre-menopausal women in the US, being diagnosed with breast cancer, continues to rise by 1%-2% annually. And sadly, much of this increase over the past forty years has to do with that chemical form of progesterone… called PROGESTIN….found in ALL hormonal birth control drugs and hormone-laced IUDS (intrauterine devices) But why do our government health agencies and cancer clinics keep ignoring this elephant in the room? … this elephant named PROGESTIN!

This is not a nice story.

Best to first read the October 1, 2010 press release announcing findings from a ten year study conducted by an international panel of five-star oncology researchers. The lead researcher, Dr Josef Penninger, announced the study’s results via this press release from his Vienna-based Institute for Molecular Biotechnology (IMBA). The title of the press release was “How HRT and the Pill Can Lead to Breast Cancer. ”

The release says: …The … researchers have shown that a synthetic progesterone, frequently used in HRT and hormonal contraception, can switch on the activity of RANKL within breast cells, causing them to divide and multiply and preventing them from dying when they should. “Ten years ago, we formulated the hypothesis that RANKL might be involved in breast cancer and it took us a long time to develop systems to prove this idea,” said Prof Penninger. “I have to admit it completely surprised me just how massive the effects of this system were. Millions of women take progesterone derivatives in contraceptives and for hormonal replacement therapy.” The release also announced that the team’s study had just been published in the highly respected science journal, Nature. “First published in 1869, Nature is the world's leading multidisciplinary science journal. Nature publishes the finest peer-reviewed research that drives ground-breaking discovery” https://www.nature.com/articles/nature09387

The group of researchers behind this discovery included both Dr Penninger, currently the Scientific Director of the Helmholtz Centre for Infection Research (HZI) in Braunschweig, Germany, and Dr Laurie Glimcher, most recently the CEO and President of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. Dr Glimcher recently stepped down from her position a few months after researchers discovered she had falsified data on a number of scientific papers she had co-authored in past years. Her 2010 research paper, connecting progestin with the initiation and acceleration of breast cancer, however, was not one of these falsified papers.

It is sad that Dr Glimcher, as former head of one of the world’s foremost cancer treatment centers, has yet to make a public announcement encouraging pre-menopausal women to avoid all hormonal birth control & encouraging older women to avoid using any of the combination menopausal relief drugs now on the market… given progestin’s ability to suffocate breast cells’ mitochondria… too often initiating and sometimes accelerating the growth of existing breast cancer tumors in unsuspecting women who use these progestin drugs.

Has Dr Glimcher’s fifteen year silence about progestin causing breast cancer happened because such an announcement would surely result in plummeting sales of all hormonal contraceptives and combination menopausal relief drugs? After all, worldwide sales of progestin contraceptive drugs, according to Fortune Global Insights, totaled 18.57 billion in 2023, with US sales comprising almost half of this income.

As a board member of Glaxo Smith Kline, until October of 2022, (one of the ten top US manufacturers of hormonal contraceptives), Dr Glimcher continues to remain silent on the connection between these drugs and pre and post menopausal breast cancer. Meanwhile… Dana Farber continues to promote their Young Women with Breast Cancer Program. Founded in 2005 to meet the needs of their increasing number of pre-menopausal breast cancer patients, the program is the first and only one of its kind in New England, having now treated more than 6,000 pre-menopausal women diagnosed with invasive breast cancer.

The global contraceptive drugs market size was valued at USD 18.57 billion in 2023 and is projected to grow from USD 19.80 billion in 2024 to USD 37.22 billion by 2032, exhibiting a CAGR of 8.2% during the forecast period (2024-2032). Sadly, the cancer industry is simply not interested in helping women prevent breast cancer.

(see pp: 212 -214) Meanwhile... the American Cancer Society and the U.S. Preventative Services Task Force also recommend that women not have clinical breast exams!  Sadly…. I cannot make this stuff up!

Instead…. These corporate funded groups (that’s right the US Preventative Services Task Force, the Susan G Koman Foundation and the American Cancer Society are all mainly corporate funded organizations) have a similar goal:  GET A MAMMOGRAM!!

Their apparent goal is to encourage women not to touch their breasts… nor allow their medical practitioner to touch their breasts. Instead… the corporate cancer industry only wants the metal plates of the mammography machine to smash your breasts… as they shoot radiation (inflammation producing rads) into (not through) your breast tissue.

In Europe premenopausal women have never been allowed to have a single mammogram, because it is too dangerous.  This is because… for premenopausal women…. just a small amount of radiation can cause long-term damage to your fragile breast tissue.  Read pp 201 - 203 in Busting Breast Cancer to understand what Silent Spring Institute and other honest / woman-focused breast cancer prevention organizations have to say about the damaging effects of radiation on pre-menopausal breast tissue.

Don’t let the mammogram industry scare you!

40 to 60 percent of women in the US have dense breasts!  Recent studies tell us that women with dense breasts DO NOT have more breast cancer than women with non-dense or fatty breasts.

We also know that mammograms are an outdated, painful and barbaric tumor screening process.

And mammograms cannot see any abnormal growths in dense breasts.

Mammograms also cannot see lobular tumors… only ductal tumors.

Mammograms also over-diagnose tens of thousands of women in the US each year when they tell these women: “You have Stage 0 Breast Cancer” or “You have Stage 1 Breast Cancer.”

Both of these diagnoses mean that you do NOT have breast cancer… or you do not have invasive/growing/active breast cancer.

But the cancer center…  will tell you that you must begin breast cancer treatment immediately!

Remember… 20% to 40% of all women in the US who have biopsies, radiation and/or chemotherapy develop LATE STAGE or stage IV recurrent metastatic breast cancer in months or years.  Do not let a mammogram over diagnose you; terrify you; maim you and/or help you to develop end-stage metastatic breast cancer in months or years. (see Chapter 9 “Our Hush-Hush Epidemic” in Busting Breast Cancer for more information on this fact.)

So… if you have dense breasts or fatty breasts… best to not have another mammogram!  Instead… have an annual heat-based thermogram. Sadly, your medical insurance will not pay for this $200 annual procedure. But a thermogram can show you if your breasts are inflamed (pre-cancer) or if you have a fast or slow-growing tumor/hot spot. If you find a hot spot, you can follow up by finding a concierge ultrasound clinic. These clinics can give you a breast ultra-sound, without first requiring you to have a mammogram; the ultrasound report is then read by a licensed radiologist, for a total cost of about $250.  The ultra sound can usually ID this hot spot as a cancerous tumor or as a non-cancerous lump.

Here is what my recent book, Busting Breast Cancer: Five Simple Steps to Keep Breast Cancer Out of Your Body, has to say about dense breasts. Listen up!

Over a period of decades, epidemiologists and biologists have been given hundreds of thousands of dollars to conduct studies that begin with the premise that “dense breasts are a risk factor for breast cancer.” Still, no researcher has yet been able to pull this rabbit out of the hat. To help prove my point, a 2017 review study from the University of North Carolina looked at 74 dense breast laboratory studies published since the 1970’s. In their concluding statement, the UNC biologists state the objective of their research: “to determine why women with high-density breast tissue have a higher risk for developing breast cancer.” Their findings: “there are many gaps in the understanding…underlying the strong association of dense breast tissue with initiation of breast cancer.” In other words, this meta study concludes, “We just don’t know.”

Today’s mainstream cancer industry continues to come up empty when they try to give us any biological justification for their claim that “dense breast tissue is a risk factor for developing cancer.” Of course, this isn’t terribly surprising, since today’s same genetic—based cancer industry has never been able to tell any woman why she develops a breast cancer diagnosis in the first place.

Finally, a Dutch study published in 2018 gives further assurance to women that dense breasts do not increase their risk of dying from breast cancer. This study compared the death rate of women with dense breasts who had been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer against the death rate of women without dense breasts who had also been diagnosed with invasive breast cancer. The study found “no clear association is apparent between breast density and breast cancer death.”

It seems two independent juries have now reached similar verdicts. Based on the findings of both recent studies done by Norwegian and Dutch researchers, women can rest assured that having dense breasts does not increase their risk of developing nor dying from breast cancer. ; chapter 5. Just say “NO” to unnecessary breast amputations

Don’t let them scare you!

A woman who is born with a damaged BRCA gene does not automatically develop breast cancer.

Breaking News!!!! We now understand how those first breast cancer cells actually develop!  A mutated/broken BRCA gene does NOT CAUSE BREAST CANCER!

Listen up!

We each have three genes in our breast cells that help PROTECT us from breast cancer. These genes are called: BRCA1; BRCA2 and p53.   These three genes help PROTECT us from developing breast cancer. When one of the three is broken or mutated,  we still have the other two genes that help protect us!

1^st: Where are these genes located in breast cells?

All three of these genes are found within the tiny power batteries called mitochondria within our breast cells. 

2^nd: Why is this important information?

Cancer cells are created when the mitochondria or the power batteries in a group of healthy cells become damaged and suffocate.  This means that cancer is NOT a haphazard genetic disease!! It is a preventable metabolic disease!        [See Busting Breast Cancer: chapter 1- pp 18-50]

3^rd: What can suffocate these mitochondria/power batteries in my breast cells?

• being overweight or obese …which causes a toxic amount of estrogen compared to progesterone in your breast cells … (This excess estrogen becomes like acid, assaulting your breast cells’ tiny mitochondria.)

• toxic chemicals in your food, water and air (more acid assaulting your breast cells’ mitochondria)

• ongoing high stress; causing constant high cortisol levels (more acid assaulting your breast cells’ mitochondria)

• the Progestin chemical found in all birth control drugs, in most IUDs in the US, and in “combination” menopausal relief drugs!   This chemical called progestin can actually initiate AND accelerate the development of breast cancer cells!!!!    See my recent Substack post on progestin. Also read the 2010 press release announcing the discovery of how progestin causes/ & accelerates breast cancer. The study was co-authored by Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s CEO, Dr Laurie Glimcher. “How HRT and the Pill can lead to breast cancer”  https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2010/09/100929132051.htm  (note: this study has never been released to the mainstream press; nor to your ob/gyn!  Thus…it is nearly impossible to google this study unless you have the above url or type in the exact title of the press release. )

4th: How our BRCA1, BRCA2 and p53 genes help block breast cancer from happening!

When the mitochondria/power batteries in a breast cell begin to suffocate, our three “night watchmen genes” (BRCA1; BRCA2 & p53) release proteins that help kill the suffocating mitochondria; destroying the entire cell. This stops cancer cells from being created. This means that women with a broken BRCA1 gene, still have two nightwatchmen genes that are able to protect them!

5^th: Why is it safer for women to live in Poland than in North America?  A very large study, published in 2012, by leading epidemiologists shows us that Polish women, born with a broken BRCA1 gene, develop  much less breast cancer than North American women who have the same broken BRCA1 gene. Huh?  Here are the study’s findings:

·       North American Women who are born with a mutated/broken BRCA1 gene have a 72% risk of developing breast cancer before they reach 70 years old.

·       Polish Women who are born with a mutated /broken BRCA1 gene have a 49% risk of developing breast cancer before they reach 70 years old. 

Why are these statistics so different? Why do North American women born with a broken BRCA1 gene develop 47% more breast cancer than their Polish peers?  Both groups of women have been born with a mutated BRCA1 gene.  Why do Polish women born with this mutated gene develop so much less breast cancer than their North American counterparts?

Part of the answer may rest with the fact that all North American women now experience much more breast cancer than all Polish women.   Today, in North American, 126 women out of 100,000 women develop breast cancer each year, whereas in Poland, 48 women out of 100,000 women develop breast cancer annually.  Stated another way… All North American women have 163% more breast cancer than all Polish women. Ob/Gyns around the US appear to be creating today’s increasing rate of breast cancer in young women 20-49 years old!!!

Sadly, many OB/GYN’s are happily prescribing more and more progestin drugs to their premenopausal and teenage patients! Sadly, breast cancer rates in young women (ages 20-49) are now rising at unprecedented rates!!

This means OB/GYNs do not know that progestin drugs can actually initiate breast cancer… AND progestin drugs can also accelerate this disease!!

Study #1: October 1, 2010  

Progestin causes and accelerates breast cancer

Back in 2010, Dr Laurie Glimcher, currently CEO of the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston, and Dr Josef Penninger, currently Professor for Precision Medicine at the Medical University of Vienna, along with fourteen other researchers, found in pre-clinical studies that the chemical progestin can initiate and accelerate breast cancer.

Only one publication, Science Daily, released the study’s findings to the general public. Here is an excerpt from that October 2010 press release, How HRT and the Pill can lead to breast cancer… announcing the researchers’ historic discovery:

 “a synthetic female sex hormone (progestin) frequently used in HRT and hormonal contraceptive pills can trigger RANKL in breast cells of mice.  As a consequence, these mammary cells start to divide and multiply and fail to die when they should. Study #2:  2023

OB/GYNs are prescribing more and more high dose progestin drugs & IUDs to teens and young women to lower menstrual bleeding. The progestin revolution has begun!

That’s right!  If you are experiencing heavy bleeding during your periods… or if you just want to have a lighter flow. No Problem!

New All-Progestin drugs and progestin-laced IUDs will do the trick!

Study #3: Jan 7, 2024

Breast Cancer in Younger Women in US Increasing at faster and faster rates!

But wait!!  A new study, using national cancer data (SEER), tells us that breast cancer in younger women had slowly been increasing over the past few decades. Then… since 2015, breast cancer rates in younger women have risen rapidly with no end in sight!

This study also tells us that, strangely, most of these recent breast cancer diagnoses are only happening with very early-stage breast cancers (stage 1) …. and with advanced or metastatic breast cancers (dnMBC).

In the video link below, Dr F. Perry Wilson MD describes how this increase in breast cancer in young women is only happening with early stage (stage 1) and late stage (stage 4) breast cancers. CONCLUSION:   If the 2010 Glimcher/Penninger Study were widely publicized; if OB/GYNs and patients were told how progestin drugs can initiate and accelerate breast cancer, it is possible that today’s $8 billion U.S. contraceptive market would crumble. Meanwhile, the breast cancer therapeutics market, worth about $25 billion today, would experience slower growth than currently anticipated and…possibly tens of thousands of younger women around the globe would NOT develop breast cancer!

Breast Cancer prevention must take place year-round.

This is why it is so important to follow the five simple prevention steps described in my book: Busting Breast Cancer: Five Simple Steps to Keep Breast Cancer Out of Your Body.

Step #2: NO BIRTH CONTROL DRUGS!

Why are birth control drugs so dangerous? 

The United States has the highest breast cancer rate, compared to other major countries such as China, India & the European Union.  In 2015, statistics told us that premenopausal women represented about 20% percent of all new breast cancer patients in the US. Today, that number has increased to about 30% of all new breast cancer patients. One major reason for this unnecessary epidemic in our younger women is a chemical called PROGESTIN.

Birth control drugs & progestin-laced IUDs (IntraUterine Devices) are currently the most popular form of birth control in the US; They all contain progestin. This chemical, produced by various pharmaceutical companies, under various names, mimics some of the effects of the natural hormone progesterone. But progestin, we now know, causes and/or accelerates breast cancer in far too many younger and older women.

In 2010, biologists finally documented and published how and why the progestin in birth control drugs and progestin-laced IUDs (also in some menopausal relief drugs) is able to create AND accelerate breast cancer in tens of thousands of women each year.

The US birth control drug market and the progestin-laced IUD markets were worth $7.9 billion a year in 2021. The US market is expected to increase by 5.2% between 2023 and 2030.

Also … the global breast cancer treatment/therapeutics market is currently worth $15.64 billion, and is expected to grow 7.5 percent annually through 2028.  The US represents about 40 percent of this market. 

Helping US women switch to hormone-free contraception means huge profit losses for Big Pharma. Helping US women avoid developing breast cancer mean the entire breast cancer industry will suffer even greater financial losses.

February is Breast Cancer Prevention Month...and so are March and April and the other nine months!

Breast Cancer prevention must take place year-round. This is why it is so important to follow the five simple prevention steps described in my book, Busting Breast Cancer: Five Simple Steps to Keep Breast Cancer Out of Your Body (BBC).

STEP #1: NO MAMMOGRAMS! 

Do you still feel it is important to have an annual mammogram? 

Did you know:

Mammograms do not prevent breast cancer 
Watch Dr. Felice Gersh, medical director of the Integrative Medical Group of Irvine, CA explain how a single mammogram can trap too many women within the breast cancer industry’s scheme called “overdiagnosis” and “overtreatment.”

Mammograms do not prevent an early death  
Dr. Gilbert Welch, senior research physician at Harvard Medical School’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital, has conducted dozens of statistical studies in many countries over the past few decades. His studies all show that women who do not have mammograms do not die earlier than women who have annual mammograms! Mammograms do not save lives...BUT they can often cause trouble (see pp 198-200 in BBC).

A Swiss National Medical Board has therefore recommended that Switzerland close all existing mammogram clinics and block new clinics from opening (pp 184-185 in BBC).

Breast Cancer runs in ALL families!  
Being adopted (i.e. not knowing your “family medical history”) does not mean you should have a mammogram every year or every six months or ever! This is because breast cancer is NOT a genetic disease. Instead, your stress, your excess body fat, your high sugar diet, your weak immune system, your unbalanced hormones, your tobacco smoking, etc. all create inflammation, assaulting the power batteries (the mitochondria) in your breast cells 24/7. Suffocating those tiny power batteries is the 1st step in creating breast cancer cells (see pp 18-51 in BBC).

Mammograms over-diagnose more than 275,000 women in the U.S. each year
Overdiagnosis means that more than 275,000 women in the US each year are told their mammogram report shows they have “very early breast cancer.”  One of these “very early” diagnoses is called abnormal cells, DCIS, or Stage 0 breast cancer. This diagnosis is not an invasive situation and will probably never become invasive breast cancer. 

Women diagnosed with Stage 1 breast cancer also do not have active/invasive breast cancer. Instead, Stage 1 breast cancer usually identifies a less-than-pea-size indolent, inactive, or dormant growth.  

Once these women agree to be treated for invasive breast cancer, or agree to have additional mammograms every 6 months, such frequent mammography and/or “early treatments” increase the inflammation already in their breast. And inflammation is what helps one develop invasive breast cancer! Read this short report from the Annals of Internal Medicine, Sept 2023: “Estimating Breast Cancer Overdiagnosis After Screening Mammography Among Older Women in the United States."

REMEMBER: Mammograms are the feeder mechanism for today’s unnecessary breast cancer epidemic

The radiology, pharmacology, and breast surgical industries NEED MAMMOGRAMS to keep their clinics filled each year with these additional 275,000 terrified women...although these women do not have invasive breast cancer and therefore do not need to be treated for invasive breast cancer!

Listen to Donna Pinto, founder of the popular blog DCIS-411, describe how a single mammogram caused her undue pain and suffering when diagnosed with DCIS (aka: Stage 0 breast cancer).

Ignore what Susan G. Komen, the American Cancer Society and the CDC now tell women. These groups are NOT your friends!

Instead, JUST SAY “NO” to Mammograms! Take control of your own breast health!

• Do weekly breast self-exams! The majority of women who are diagnosed with invasive breast tumors find the lump themselves. But the Susan G Komen Foundation now REFUSES to fund any clinic that offers women instruction on how best to do a breast self-exam? (See pp 209-2010 in BBC)  

• Have an annual clinical breast exam! This is clearly an important procedure your health care practitioner can perform. Incredibly, the American Cancer Society advises women NOT to have a clinical breast exam! (See p 210 in BBC)  

• Have an annual thermogram (a radiation-free heat-based picture of the current health of your breast tissue). Sadly, your insurance will not pay for thermograms; your out-of-pocket cost is about $200. Sadly the Susan G. Komen Foundation also REFUSES to fund any clinic that offers or tells women about the benefits of thermography. (see p 210 in BBC)

• Have an ultrasound breast exam if you find a breast lump. Sadly, your MD will not order an ultrasound, nor will your insurance pay for an ultrasound until you have a mammogram!! So find a “concierge” (independent) ultrasound clinic and self-pay. Cost is about $200. Google "concierge ultrasound clinics" to find one in your area.

Note: The Susan G Koman Foundation and the American Cancer Society are largely funded by the radiation industry and by Big Pharma. Therefore, the Komen Foundation and the ACS work hard to support the breast cancer industry, not women’s health. Our next newsletter will look at how and why today’s traditional toxic breast cancer therapies cause 20% to 40% of women, once treated for what the industry calls "early-stage breast cancer" (Stage 0, Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 3), to be subsequently diagnosed with recurrent metastatic breast cancer (rMBC) (see pp 328-329 in BBC).

Although the government continues to tell us they “have no idea how many women are developing recurrent metastatic breast cancer (rMBC) each year,” they appear to be lying to the public. This is because every physician who diagnoses a patient with rMBC is required to report that patient’s new diagnosis to their state cancer board within six months of making a recurrent metastatic diagnosis (see pp 328-334 in BBC). State boards, funded by the NAACCR office within the CDC, must report their statistics to the private Commission on Cancer and to the private American College of Surgeons each year. Why is this data not shared with the public?   

Later newsletters will describe the growing number of non-toxic metabolic breast cancer treatments that enable women to successfully manage their metastatic breast cancer and become healthier than prior to their initial breast cancer diagnosis.

Susan Wadia-Ells is a long-time cultural change agent, writer and investigative reporter.
